How to Add a New Product

- Go to your Seller Dashboard → Products → Add New Product
- Title: Use a clear, keyword-rich title. Include product name, model number, and key specifications (e.g., “iPhone 13 Case – Shockproof | Model A2633”).
- Brand: Choose an existing brand or request a new one
• Can’t find your brand in the list? Just type the brand name and upload its official logo (JPG/PNG, max 2MB).• Click “Request This Brand” to submit it for approval.Brand requests are reviewed and approved by the AalamTrade Team within 24 hours.
- Category: Select the most accurate category (and subcategory if relevant).
- Min. Quantity & Price Tiers: Define your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and add at least three tiered bulk prices (e.g., 10+, 100+, 500+) using the Add Tier button to attract high-volume B2B buyers.
- Images: Upload 1–5 high-quality product images with a clean background, multiple angles, and packaging (if applicable).
- Tag: This field is automatically managed by AalamTrade. All your products are tagged as "Verified Supplier" and cannot be changed.
- Short Description: Short Description: Write a brief and clear summary of your product. Highlight the main feature, model, and key selling point. This section appears in search results, so make it simple, accurate, and attention-grabbing.
- Description: Provide a complete and detailed explanation of your product. Include all important details such as full specifications, materials, sizes, colors, features, usage instructions, compatibility, and packaging information. A well-written description increases buyer trust and improves your product ranking.
- Inventory:
• SKU: If you don’t have your own SKU, simply click the “Generate SKU” button. The system will automatically create a unique wholesale SKU for your product.• Stock Status: Select the correct stock status (e.g., In Stock, Out of Stock, or On Backorder).• Stock Quantity: Enter the exact quantity available in your warehouse. For unlimited stock, you may leave this as a high number.• Allow Backorders: Choose whether buyers can place orders when the product is temporarily out of stock.

- Each product must have a clearly defined MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity).

Non-Compliance Notice
AALAMTRADE may suspend, restrict, or permanently deactivate supplier accounts that violate marketplace policies, sell counterfeit or illegal goods, or pose material risk to buyers.
